Some Partnerships in business are dead before they even start such as the case with Mr. Armand Gaudette...
Early September of 2018, Mr. Gaudette had inquired interest in a mutual collaboration
with BRASSPINEAPPLE PRODUCTIONS
The initial intentions of Mr. Gaudette at first seemed sincere and somewhat co-operative.
However what was in-fact " LURKING BENEATH " was another INTENTION ALL TOGETHER...
The start of this complete failure were, actual meetings at Mr. Gaudettes home, where his ideas and my own were discussed in detail of how we would be build a local video advertising business in Cape Coral, Florida U.S.A.
The general concept of FLORIDA VIDEO NETWORK was simple..
Create short videos for local business for promotional marketing and advertising.
Our first agreement in terms of what would be the financial split for this collaboration was a percentage split of 70% Myself ( Jason Matthew Mahan / 30% ( ARMAND GAUDETTE )
In addition to this there was a stipulated clause that involved a tangible asset for the company
In actuality What Mr. Gaudette did was call upon an associated friend of which
was to actually purchase this PANASONIC GH5 ( 4K ) Camera for the purposes
of drafting an agreement of which would somewhat legally allow him to invest $1600.00 usd
toward the FLORIDA VIDEO NETWORK collaboration Project.
The agreement stated that every 30 days Mr. Leonard Rapuano was to receive $500.00 usd each month until the total sum of $3,000.00 usd was to be paid within a 6-Month time duration.
Upon the the day of which the PANASONIC GH5 was to be acquired by myself...
Mr. Gaudette made a verbal change in the agreement by stating he wanted to change
the percentage from his 30% to 50%....
September 2018 Mr. Gaudette forwards a CANON T5 to myself within his home by his own will and intention during one of our meetings, with a verbal indication that " THE CAMERA FELL OFF OF HIS CAR AND WAS BROKEN "
This Camera was not accompanied with any such Battery to verify if it was actually compromised or not.
This Camera was accepted under the pre-tenses of some kind of tangible donation for the Business and accepted.
Considering the camera was of no use without any such battery, it was of little value, and thus pawned off at CAPITAL PAWN ( DELPRADO BLVD. Cape Coral, Florida U.S.A. )
and leveraged for financial recovery for the Video work being done by Brasspineapple Productions of which Time,labor, and time resources were being used. And such Time payment was traded by this asset. And in Safe keeping until Mr. Gaudette was able to prospect clientele as agreed in his portion of this business.
The Camera was to be un-pawned within 2 Months from $120.00 usd recieved + 25% interest.
Late September, Just a few days before OCTOBER 1st , 2018, Mr. Gaudette informs me that Mr. Rapuano was withdrawing from the investment and wanted HIS Camera Back thus terminating the collaboration of FVN.
From October 2018 Brasspineapple Productions had invested 1 full month of Marketing services for FLORIDA VIDEO NETWORK with Graphic Arts, Internet Marketing,Video Production/ Editing ,and Social Media services.
These services where provided under the exact stipulation that the BUSINESS must have A CAMERA ASSET from Mr. Gaudette.
" ... AND THEN THE TREATS STARTED IN A PUBLIC CAFE ..."
" The verdict of intention was very simple...
HAVE BRASSPINEAPPLE PRODUCTIONS DO ALL THE WORK WITHOUT PAYMENT,
HAVE JASON MATTHEW MAHAN ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF $3,000.00 usd to his ACQUAINTENCE.
WRITE UP AN AGREEMENT FOR A CANON CAMERA of which was ACTUALLY a PANASONIC GH5.
TAKE BACK THE PANASONIC GH5 CAMERA , and switch the agreement over
for the CANON T5 and maintain that I must pay $3,000.00 for a used CANON T5
The man is corrupt and a full fraud...
ONCE A USED TELEVISION SALESMAN... This BAIT AND SWITCH IS WHAT HE HAD DONE FOR DECADES to unsuspecting individuals through the years.... "
This forgotten old man's attempts to justify an incomplete investment in what was his share of ( FLORIDA VIDEO NETWORK ) This man Owes us well over $3,300.00 usd of Marketing Services that have never been paid to date. Brasspineapple Productions Has never had any official contract with Mr. Gaudette. The Canon Camera of which this man is referring to was happily handed over as a partial payment of Marketing services in the total value of only $275.00usd. This Camera received was in fact video recorded as accountability for his Failure to compensate Brasspineapple Productions with the remaining due amount of services rendered remain now at $3,025.00 usd. Mr. Gaudette deleted some of the webpage work that we put together in an attempt to wipe away all the existing work left from ( FLORIDA VIDEO NETWORK ) However, The Twitter,Facebook,and YOUTUBE accounts still remain as proof of our services that were never fully paid for. Since November of 2018. The first words from day one muttered by this man was " BRASSPINEAPPLE NEEDS TO GO " Well old man, not only is it staying, BUT ITS GROWING faster then your attempts to discredit and falsify information. Stay tuned old man... " Everything is being recorded.... "

witness and heard by (2) Starbucks employee's working on shift that evening

Mr. Armand Gaudette strikes again more than 5 years later with even more unwanted threats from
the exact same establishment of which he started his trouble making from the begining.
This time he states allowed in the public cafe
" FUCK YOU ASSHOLE !! "
Followed by:
" I'm going to sue you if you don't take that thing down "
Followed by more incoherent mutterings as he points his finger at me in some threatening manner.
This was verbally witnessed and heard by numerous other patron s while sitting in the cafe.
